The reason most people hate dieting is because diet food is thought to be bland, dry, and overall not as yummy as non diet foods. This is why we cheat on our diets and crave other foods. But it doesn’t have to be that way. We can make our diet approved foods taste just as yummy as cheat foods. If we take just a little time to make our meals special we wont feel like we’re dieting and it becomes easier to stay on a diet long term.
In this video I show you one of my favorite tricks to make diet foods taste great. Dry spices are great but real and fresh spices taste so much better and adds that extra moistness we miss when dieting.
