Banana-Almond-Vanilla Protein Shake

These are the ingredients I blend together for my usual post workout protein shake.

  • Nutrex Muscle Infusion Black in Vanilla Flavor (1 scoop)
  • Almond milk – I use unsweetened vanilla flavor
  • about half of a frozen banana

Optional: If you’re really trying to cut out as much sugar as possible you can use banana extract for the banana flavor and freeze half the almond milk you’ll use into ice cubes so it’ll be extra cold :)
