One of the most important things about weight training to keep in mind is: FOCUS.
Clear your head of distractions and focus on the muscles you’re training. Make sure you’re feeling the activation in those specific muscles. Don’t just go through the motions. Pay attention to how it feels, it shouldn’t be easy.
Watch your form, avoid momentum, slow it down and really feel the burn!
